Vitex CEO Dr Aniss Chami Shares the Vitex Journey at the Advanced Manufacturing Symposium

SYDNEY, 24 October 2019 – Vitex Pharmaceuticals’ CEO, Dr Aniss Chami shared the Vitex journey at the Advanced Manufacturing Symposium hosted by Blacktown City Council, on Thursday 24 October 2019 at Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.

“From Smart Manufacturing to Smart Business Models”, was the key message that resonated throughout the event, and which was the focus of Dr Chami’s speech, in addition to elaborating on the key attributes of an Advanced Manufacturer.

According to Manufacturer’s Monthly, “The future advanced manufacturing hub will sit within a region where manufacturing is already prominent, with other local businesses, such as Vitex Pharmaceuticals, the largest manufacturer of complementary medicines in Australia. Having begun selling pharmaceuticals to the Middle East market, Vitex now operates as a contract manufacturer to large health supplement companies which sell to China and South East Asia”.
